KR Building & Remodeling started with more than a decade of hands-on construction work across Los Angeles. That experience is why we run projects the way we do: the people planning your job understand how it actually gets built.
We focus on the projects that add the most to a property. ADUs, additions, new homes, and the remodels that make older houses work for how people live now.

Process
From permits and plans to final construction

Feasibility review
We walk the property, check zoning, setbacks, utilities, slope, and access, and talk through budget and goals. You learn what is realistic before paying for plans.
- 02
Design coordination
We work with designers and engineers to produce plans that fit your lot and your budget, including structural and Title 24 energy requirements.
- 03
Permits
We submit to the right building department, respond to plan check corrections, and track the application until the permit is issued.
- 04
Construction
Site work, foundation, framing, rough trades, inspections, and finishes, with a schedule you can see and one point of contact.
- 05
Final & closeout
Final inspection and sign-off, a punch list walkthrough, and a finished space ready to live in or rent.
